"I ordered a few custom items..."
I ordered a few custom items, and one of them came with a design that wasn’t even the one I uploaded. Come on now, that’s kind of the whole point of ordering custom stuff. Shipping also took longer than what was shown at checkout, which made it even more frustrating. They did respond to my email, but it took a while and the answer wasn’t very clear. The quality itself was okay, but the order accuracy and fulfillment really missed the mark for me.

"Fast replies, honestly better than I expected"
I had a few questions before placing my order, and they got back to me really quickly. I figured the replies might slow down after I paid, but actually, no, they stayed clear and fast the whole time. Made the whole thing a lot easier for me.

I ordered a small wooden bedside table, and it’s just okay. The quality was decent, but one corner had a little chip and the drawer doesn’t slide as smooth as I hoped. It’s not terrible and still does the job, but for the price, I expected a bit better the finish...

"Pretty Frustrated My Delivery Never Arrived"
I’m getting annoyed at this point. My delivery still hasn’t shown up, and there haven’t been any updates at all. I’ve just been sitting here waiting with no clue what’s going on

The prices were good, and for my order it felt worth it. I’d say it makes sense if this kind of thing matches what you’re looking for.

"I had a question about my order..."
I had a question about my order and reached out to support. They did help me out, which I appreciated, but it took a little Longer than I was expecting. Everyone was polite though, and they got it sorted in the end, so overall it was a Decent experience.
